Giveaway Day!

Hey Everybody! Hope you're having a good week so far! I have a gem for you today. I have absolutely fallen in love with Graphic Spaces. The designer, Christy Wernert, is an adoptive mom herself, actually. She has (among a million other adorable items, seriously, dig around the site) a whimsical, fantastic, set of wooden dolls from all around the world. She's generously donated a set of Ethiopian dolls for a giveaway this week in honor of little Miss Emme Knight. Who wants one? Me me me!



If you'd like a set, just leave a comment in this thread. Tell me one thing you wish for sweet Emme. She's that little ball of adorableness that we're working on bringing home this week. The giveaway will close at midnight central time on Friday and I'll let you know who wins on Saturday.

Have you donated yet? Go ahead. It just takes a sec. I know it's Christmas and everybody is a little tight on cash. But I bet the Knights could really use it. Christmas, taxes, and an travel date with an extra plane ticket for the ride home (next month probably). Yikes. So don't get me anything this year, OK. No, really. ;) Just pass it on to the Knights. I know we can get those numbers up. We're at almost $400, but I know we can really kick it into high gear. Let's really bless them today! Donate right here.

    Love these dolls! They are so adorable...must add them to my list of Ethiopian goodies to get. Thanks for updating on the wonderful families you feature. I've already donated and hope the Knights are blessed by many this week!

    I wish that sweet Emme will love her sweet brothers & new friends in Texas! I wish she feels loved and cared for and wanted EVERY SINGLE DAY!! I love Emme!!!!

    Emme is beautiful and inspired me to donate. I wish for her a smooth transition to her new family and her new home. Judging by the video that isn't going to be too difficult! The Knights are a great inspiration for me as I am just starting my homestudy hoping to bring home a sibling group from Ethiopia sometime in the future!

    Love these dolls! I pray that Emme will be emotionally, physically and spiritually protected during this time until the Knights return to Ethiopia to bring her home...that she know and trust her family is coming back and that the time fly!

    Super Sweet Dolls! I want some for Emme!!! My wish for my sweet Emme is that the Lord is comforting her and preparing her and protecting her while we are apart. My heart aches to be with her.

    I love the dolls!!! I wish for Emme to feel completely and totally loved every single day. That she would know the peace and comfort of our Savior and that she would adjust and transition well when she finally comes home.

    As someone who is always giving up something so close to their heart so someone else can live with independence - it's such a blessing to see how much people treasure that (or in this case, a different kind of) gift on the other side, no matter how long or hard the road might have been to get there. May little Emme know how much she is loved by not only her wonderful new family, but also her web family.

    I wish for Emme to grow up knowing how much Jesus loves her and how special she is to Him! I think these dolls would be a beautiful gift for any little girl. Or big girl too!

    I wish that Emme has an easy transition on this journey. She is loved by so many people, and I hope she feels that. Super cute dolls! What a great way to keep children connected to their heritage!

    I love the dolls and would love to have them for my little girl, but I think Emme deserves a set as well for a homecoming gift!!!!! I wish for Emme to grow to know how much Jesus loves her and how He has put her with a family that He handpicked for her. I want her to know how much she is loved by those around her and I can't wait until she is home and can be tucked in and kissed goodnight everynight
